You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.

If more than one of the above alternatives exist, the withdrawal period shall only begin when you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the final consignment or the last item.

The timely despatch of the notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the withdrawal period.
You can also complete and submit the withdrawal form template or any other unambiguous declaration electronically on our website at http://www.meo.de/catalog/widerrufsformular.php. If you use this option, we will confirm receipt of such a withdrawal immediately (e.g. by e-mail).
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to repay all payments receive from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of additional costs incurred, if you chose a different type of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the notification of withdrawal from this contract is received by us. The repayment is made via the same payment method used by you in the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances are repayment charges to be applied because of this.
We can refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier. You must return or transfer the goods to us immediately and in all cases no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The time limit is met, if you send the goods before expiry of the fourteen day limit. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be obliged to pay for any potential loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods in a manner that is not necessary for the purpose of examining the quality, properties, and functionality of the goods that is attributable to you.

Please avoid damage or contamination. Insofar as is possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective wrapping. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging for an adequate level of protection against damage during transit, in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage resulting from poor packaging. Please note that these modalities are not a condition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
