This lockable and size-adjustable leather neck restraint is a direct replica of the good old hospital restraints used the world over in psychiatry for particularly unruly patients.

It is incredible how Dr. Sado has replicated even the smallest detail in his design. With the two-colour design, striking seams and uniform size, they come very close to the original of days gone by.

The "Dr. Sado x MEO" team have used particularly soft upper leather to pad the neck restraint, ensuring great wearing comfort. Thanks to the excellent craftsmanship, the neck restraint is pleasant to wear over a longer period of time and can even be worn overnight without becoming uncomfortable. Three steel rings, one at the front and two on the sides, provide the option of integrating the neck restraint perfectly into your bondage session, for example by attaching chains or rope.

RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)

UN 38.3

This regulation concerns the safe transportation of lithium batteries and accumulators. Products with built-in or external lithium batteries are tested in accordance with this standard to ensure that the batteries do not present a hazard during transportation.

UKCA (United Kingdom Conformity Assessed)

IP protection class (International Protection Marking)

The first number describes the protection against solid foreign bodies, e.g. dust or contact. It ranges from 0 (no protection) to 6 (completely dustproof). The second number indicates the protection against water and ranges from 0 (no protection) to 9 (protected against high-pressure water at a certain temperature). For example, protection class IP67 means that the product is fully protected against dust (6) and is also resistant to temporary immersion in water (7). Products with an IPX7 rating would be specifically protected against water, but without any indication of protection against solid foreign bodies.
