Awesome gag

This type of restrictive ring gag was made famous and infamous by Insex films. The round ring has four blunt "thorns".

The advantage (for Top) is that you can't push the ring out of your mouth by turning it sideways. The disadvantage (for subs) is that you can't push the ring out of your mouth by turning it sideways. ^^

Humiliating drooling is almost a must with this gag, especially when the head is bent forward. Thanks to its shape, the gag doesn't cut into the corners of the mouth.
