I bought this hoping that it would be able to stretch my sphincter, using the two-bulb design. Sadly it didn't actually work for that at all. There is a nice stretch inside, and there's some fun sensation by being able to squeeze the outside portion to pulse the inside portion, but I was disappointed overall.
