I have plenty experience with other types of speculum but this one is one of the most difficult to use. The 4 arms flop so around so much that it is not easy keeping them in the original positions. Turning the nuts is also not so easy when you start to put real tension on the bars as you are stretching and especially if your hands are covered in lube. I will say that the unit is well made and looks the part but overall rating from me would be 2*

It is an excellent plug that sits well in the ass. Despite its weight, I was quite easily to hold it in. Still, its weight definitely constantly reminds me of its presence.
i recommend this plug only if you have some experience with anal. but if you have had plenty of experience with anal then i recommend a lager one. but it does fit nicely once i got it in place. a great combo with this plug is using a small vibrator that just barely fit in to the tunnel and having it turned on is great.
