La versione in burro è ovviamente molto più "pastosa", ma richiede un maggior lavoro per la pulizia a fine utilizzo. La versione crema invece è più facile da pulire, probabilmente risulta anche un po' più "scorrevole" ma penso che, a differenza dell'altra, in caso di impiego prolungato, richieda di essere ripristinato ogni tanto. Comunque entrambi i prodotti sono ottimi ed efficaci.
