Ive been using the medium for a while now and finally had the courage to step up to the large, and I have to say that there is some regret. Regret I didn't do it much, much sooner!
What I love about these plugs is that they are so unforgiving - the cold, hard metal as it slides into you is so intense. They are nicely shaped so that once the largest part is inside they slide nicely into place but still ensure your ring is kept stretched out. I agree with other reviews that the step from the medium to the large may be daunting, but I was at the stage where the medium wasn't staying in well of its own accord so it was definetly time to step up.
Lots of lube and a nice warm up a must, but this plug is going to ruin my arsehole once and for all. I also bought the plug to keep it sealed which is a must unless you are into dipers - you have no control over when you go otherwise!
