The vibration with the shock is great and intense. The fit is pretty wide but worth it. It can be used with a strap on or just as an insert able. The remote battery does discharge quickly so after each use remove the battery from the remote. If you use lube choose one that is correct and it can enhance the sense too if chosen correctly.
